I'm not being cynical or pessimistic.
Look around you: at school, organizations, stores, etc.
I don't know how we got this way but...
So many people are just plain bad at life.

I suppose it's because not thinking, or thinking poorly, is easier than thinking clearly and intelligently. Also, we haven't changed that much since the days when we had to hunt and gather for a living; we're fearsome predators, caged in cities and constantly guarded by doctors and teachers and cops and lawyers, to the point where we seldom need to do anything for ourselves. That's why we've more or less fallen out of the habit of thinking for ourselves.

I think that taking other peoples inventory without knowing them is not right .
When I look around I usually find kind hearts and faces with smiles . I suppose it depends on what you expect to see .

We live in a society that makes everything easy for people as well as taking care of them, this causes people to become ignorant because they don't have to learn to provide for themselves any more.
