well to be honest I imagine that families would be closer, crime would go down , 13 million people would not know how to make a pipe bomb from a science fair volcano seen on CSi, more people would be on time for work because they were not up all night watching whatever, and there might even be a little more respect for women because they would not be advertised the way they are. I respect that you like T.V but I think that it have produced one lazy breed

life without TV is called "life" life with a lot of TV is called "no life". If you turned off the TV once in a while you could read a book, go for a walk, learn a hobby.

I live by myself and have a TV but no cable. The only time I watch it is when I put in a movie. I can't afford cable, and to be honest I don't miss it. I can occupy myself with so many other things.

I think I wouldn't survive. I watch TV every day.....It is basically my life. I would die without Full House, Gilmore Girls, 7th Heaven, American Idol, and about 100 other shows.

Well, society has not always had television. What do you think people did in the 1700s, 1800s? It's good turn-off the television,read a book, play board games with your family, charades, create a family tree, create a scrapbook. . .Oh, there's a little word called conversation.
