no no no that is written like this: STRONZO! the pronounciation could sound like you have written it but this is the right way..

Literally it means "Piece of ****" but translated in American it would be "ASSHOLE"

Are you sure you didn't mean stronzo? It's a bad word so I'll let you google it.
