ok first do any of you shop at abercrombie? if u do, shame on u. abercrombie discriminates against people other than white people. they rarley hire any people other than white people, and even if they do, they make them work in the stock room and don't let them come out until the store closes. also, i went trick or treating w/ my 3 year old sis last halloween and a&f was passing out candy, but you had to go in the store. now my lil sis is egyptian american, but she looks all white. i, on the other hand have a dad that is from and lives in africa, but our mom is white so i look white with lil' darker than tanned skin. i also have almost blonde hair, but nevertheless, when we went in to get candy from a&f, the lady handing it out was nice to all the white kids, including my sis and gave them like 5 lollipops, but to kids who looked just slightly not white, or weren't white at all, she gave 1-2 lollipops and was very rude. so if u shop at a&f please stop shopping there they are very awful

just ones of many, many things that are wrong with stores like A&F, The Gap, and American Eagle -I worked there - they also employed only white people....skinny, pretty, unpierced, untattooed white people. I lasted a month.
I'm sorry to hear your story. Better to shop elsewhere anyway, and not end up looking like you came out of a mold.

You know what..you have NO RIGHT to talk that way about Abercrombie! Yeah they might only like hire people who are beautiful/pretty because they want to sell their clothes. And she probably wasn't giving the candy out according to skin color she would probably just grab some and give it out. And I DOUGBT she was rude. And I LOVE Abercrombie and I am NOT ashamed. Noone should be. And no even if they do hire "black" "tanned" people they don't work in the stock room. I have seen plenty of other people that werent white that work at Abercrombie. And you can not ask people to STOP shopping at some place just because YOU do not like it. That is VERY RUDE OF YOU! Have a good day. And it isn't the whole store...some people are just rascist. OK And I also, think that you just have some other issues with this store and not just that.

wow I have heard that before and I guess its true. I never shop there, but every once in a while I look on the internet, never end up getting anything there. But I do notice the people who do work there((when I pass the store)) are always pretty 20 year old girls, and guys. They annoyyysss me!!!! and sorry about when u went trick or treatinh!
oh yeah and the girl whos name is Hawtee, she said its not your fault your white..??? thats really rude and IM sure you like the way you are...you said you didnt like the ppl who work there, not that you want to be white....uughgh

i dont shop there and i dont patronize overpriced sweatshop clothing retailers that discriminate. ive seen many shops like that in the malls. being white and living along the mexican border, its just the opposite for me. my kids are the ones that get the 1-2 lollipops. i also think any store that doesnt offer some, not all, but some of their clothing in sizes larger than a 10 should not be patronized. of course all the size 10+ will not, but its still discriminatory. NO A & F!

well 1st, i think its not the whole store. i think it was just that lady who was racist. dont blame the whole store b/c of 1 lady who dont like people who r not white! that is even worse than actually being racist! just go there a couple of more times and c if the other people who work there are racist or not. yes, it is wrong that the 1 lady was racist of u and other kids who arent white, but it is just as wrong 4 u 2 judge the whole store! u r actually hurting others in a way that work there. I WORK THERE! i am white and i am NOT racist! my hero is actually MLK JR.! so plz give the store and the people who work there a chance! and remember its not ur fault that ur not white. it is just the way life goes! so plz take my advice and just let go wht the lady did 2 u and those kids! not all people who work @ a&f are racist. so plz listen 2 me and follow wht i am saying!

they are just mean, sure, I am white, but who cares? It doesn't matter what your skin color is, what matters is if you are nice or mean or good harted or evil harted. I can tell that you are a nice person that is concerned. I say that it is thier loss, they are the stupid ones, they are the mean ones, but people like you can make a difference. You should use that as your advantage, you shold make a difference. No, you CAN make a difference, and I know, you will.

i dont really like that store
and i have noticed that also, and there ads are of only white people too
i dont like there clothes they are so prissy and cheap looking.. you have to spend like 25 dollars for a ridiculus 5 inch peice of cloth jean skirt..
ther clothes shrink ALOT when you wash them, besides the fact that they dont even fi correctly in the first place because there so tight. they dont represent induviduality either, i mean ever girl that is popular wears only abercrombie and fitch clothes that just look trashy and boring to me and make every girl have no indduvidual style.

well i don't shop there Thank God!! i shop at Wal-Mart they seem to Hire all Races there and have a nice way of treating there Custumers.....however i know how it feels to be a reject by many.....i am Spanish, Puerto Rican, and Italian yet i look Arab as so my bf says anyways i am glad i looked at your Qustion cus i know now never to go near them places Thanks a bunch
