What does WCDMA main? And is it differant than CDMA?

I've read about Nokia N70 operating frequency (Dual mode WCDMA/GSM "WCDMA2100". My aim is to know if this Mobile can work for both GSM and CDMA in My Country (Yemen)

W-CDMA means wideband code division multiple access
CDMA means code division multiple access
