There is this lovely women who works at the hospital were i work.She is a ward clerk,and when ever i see her or am near her my heart misses a beat,she has a lovely personality and i just get her out of my head!!.The only problem is im married and im torn between my feeling s for my wife and this other women.
What do i do?

Stick with your wife. Remember why you chose her. You will meet many more women who will have that effect on you (I can't believe how many I've met!)
My advice: Find one of your mates that you can talk to, and tell him/ her what's happening. Choose a pal who will listen to what you've got to say; not one who will cut in half-way through a sentence to tell you how wrong you are! Talking about it relieves some of the inner "pressure" that has built up, and hopefully will give you some clarity as what to do.

Even if you were not married, you should never mix pleasure with business; that road leads to disaster all round for everyone.
Make yourself feel better by making your wife feel good. Buy her a bunch of flowers and watch her face light up with love!? or just be nice to her anyway. It can feel so good to be good.

This lovely woman I chat to was shattered by an affair, he was her world and she couldn't forgive him. She's lost him and friends through it, but since made more loyal ones to her.
He now regrets it and it is too late. She won't take him back and she now has someone else.
Is it worth it for a crush?
