That usually happens if you are taking a vitamin supplement...and if thats the case, there is no need to worry. However, if you aren't taking any vits then you might have some liver problem...see a doc.

Absolutely not! However, it depends on your version of normal: I have had kidney problems my whole, life including full kidney failure at the age of 12, hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and three separate kidney transplants - and I'm only 31! So I know pee!!!
Bottom line is if you normally, when upon feeling yourself, have a lighter color than now then something is out of whack. Any doctor, or someone with my experience will tell you, that dark pee is a true indication of dehydration Get on the drinking and do it now or your body can potentially get very sick in many areas. Try to limit salt as well, as salt/sodium contributes to the pulling of fluids out of your system.
Also, if you have pain or discomfort when you do urinate then you might have something more serious such as a bladder and/or kidney infection.
Drink at least 32 oz. a day, starting right when you wake up in the morning with 16oz. Then if your coloring doesn't change or you have discomfort, see a doctor. That means you may have an infection and it is time for antibiotics..It's pretty normal for women but not to be taken lightly. Let me know how it goes. Best wishes, JF

Are you under any type of medication? If not, try drinking a lot more water than you normally do. The symptom should go away. Cheers!

Like everyone else said vitamins, dehydration, or bladder infections can cause this but it can also be caused by certain other medications esp. some antibiotics. all in all if anything has changed as of late (diet, medication, ect.) it could be this if not see a doc

have you been eating or drinking anything different lately, or taking vitamins? A lot of things can affect the color...unless you're experiencing discomfort, I wouldn't be too worried. Check with your doctor though, if it would make you feel better.
