I downloaded JCreator, but it says to download JCreator properly, the computer needs to first have downloaded some sort of "JDK" What is JDK? Where can I get it from?

Jcreator is just the IDE (too make coding pretty).

You need the "guts" of the java compiler. That you get from
http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp

Near the top click the link that say " Get the JDK download"

it's kinda small so you may have to look for it.

JDK = Java Development kit

JCreator is an IDE

IDE = Intergrated Development Environment, gives you a bunch of coding "functions" you don't really need, although they are handy, such as a nice UI, highlighting reserved words, ect.

JDK is Java Development Kit.
Now known as SDK - Software Development Kit.

This link gives all Java downloads. You probably want the latest J2SE SDK.
