So many places! Boots are hot right now. You can always try tack stores, too, for authentic English riding boots. They might be pricey but they look great and they are built to last.

i think the shoe depot in Anaheim, its small but they got great boots and cool sales, but elsewhere, just go to a local store like macy's and ask the clerk in the shoe department

u could get them @ J.C. Penny, Kohl's, Elder Beerman, Target, Wal-mart, and ne other department store that sells clothes.
u could also get them @ Payless, Shoe Carnival, or Old navy!

Payless has a great, cute pair that I have, which I love (I was careful to spray with lots of scotch guard first so that the first puddle wouldn't trash them).
