I WASH MINE EVERY DAY. IF I DON'T, IT GETS OILY AND DOESN'T LOOK GOOD. I DON'T THINK PEOPLE WITH HAIR THAT TENDS TO BE OILY HAVE AS MUCH OF A PROBLEM AS PEOPLE WITH MORE DRY HAIR. THE MORE DRY YOUR HAIR AND SCALP ARE, THE LESS OFTEN YOU SHOULD WASH IT. REASON BEING I HAVE ALWAYS HEARD THAT THE REASON FOR NOT WASHING HAIR EVERY DAY IS THAT YOU STRIP THE NATURAL OILS FROM YOUR HAIR AND SCALP (ESPECIALY IF YOU USE STRONG SHAMPOO) WHICH CAN LEAD TO UNHEALTHY SKIN, DRY HAIR, AND SKIN DISEASES. WASHING SCHEDULES DEPEND ON YOUR TYPE OF HAIR ... THIN FINE HAIR THAT IS OILY NEEDS TO BE WASHED EVERY DAY TO PREVENT OIL FROM BUILDING UP AND MAKING IT LOOK AND FEEL BAD. LONG THICK AND CURLEY HAIR NEEDS TO BE WASHED EVERY 2-3 DAYS IN ORDER TO PREVENT OIL BUILDUP MAKING IT HEAVY AND LOOKING BAD. AFRICAN OR FRIZZY HAIR NEEDS TO BE WASHED EVERY COUPLE OF DAYS TO CUT DOWN ON THE FRIZZ. IT ALSO DEPENDS N THE SHAMPOO YOU USE .. MILDER SHAMPOOS CAN BE USED EVERY DAY. HOWEVER, A LOT OF SHAMPOOS NOW HAVE EMOLLIENTS IN THEM TO PREVENT DRYNESS WHICH WOULD PROBABLY OK. WE DON'T WASH OUR HAIR TODAY WITH HARSH SOAP LIKE THEY DID WHEN THIS SAYING CAME INTO BEING.

It's not that your not "supposed to" wash your hair everyday. You can if you wish, some people just suggest that you don't because it may get dry. However, if your hair does feel disgusting and dirty you can wash it every day, but maybe you dont need to use shampoo, stuff like that. If you take care of your hair well you can pretty much wash it whenever you want, as long as you feel okay with it. Most people now suggest that you wash it every other day which is reasonable amount of time for girls.

It relies upon on your hair style. in case you have clearly oily hair, then you definately quite could wash your hair standard to bathe all of it out. if your hair is obviously dry nevertheless, you do no longer want to bathe all of it's organic oil out, so which you shampoo it much less in lots of circumstances. My hair is thick, curly, and dry, so I wash it each 3 days. that's what works for me. a on an identical time as in the past I had hair extensions and that they informed me I could basically wash my hair once or twice each 2 weeks so the extensions might final longer. So quite there isn't any set volume of time you may flow formerly you wash your hair. It in simple terms relies upon on the guy's hair style.

Depends on how oily or dry your hair is. My daughter washes her hair daily & I have to wash mine every 3 days because it is so dry. When I grew up, my Mom had her hair done every Saturday, like all her friends did. Daily washing is a new thing.
