You can't but you can make grass juice with grass. I have done that with wheatgrass. It would have water in it along with chlorophyll and other minerals. There is also a substance secreted by grass that people call dew in the mornings. This liquid substance could be collected but it probably is not pure water, it actually comes out of the grass.

Dig a hole. Dig a second, small hole in the middle of your hole big enough for a plastic container. Line your hole with plastic sheeting and cut a hole in the middle of it so that any water on it will run into your plastic container. Then put some grass ontop of your plastic sheeting. Finally cover the entire hole with plastic sheeting (clear plastic sheeting) so that no air or moisture can escape. The grass will breathe and condensation will gather on the top layer of sheeting and eventually gather in your plastic container.
