I've asked at two different Walmarts, a Sam's store, and a blockbuster, but nobody has Nightmare Before Christmas on DVD. At Walmart they said they didn't have it in YET. Is there some certain day that stores are supposed to get it?

The regular version has been released on DVD since 2000. The 3D version should have been released on October 20th, 2006. At least in the USA.
Try Amazon.com. They have everything.

I've never saw a nightmare before christmas on DVD. But I was told that It'll come out this fall or winter updated. In like 3D or maybe?~

They are holding back the DVD of Nightmare Before Christmas until after its re-release (*in IMax 3-D) this fall/winter.
