Hey man you want to go out and buy a Eclipse manual and it will tell you everything in there.

It's on your valve cover. There is a tube going to it. Grab the tube near the pvc valve wiggle and pull. it should come right out. The disconnect the hose replace PCV valve,and put hose back on it. Doesn't have to be in that order.

Usually located on or off of the valve cover. Just remove and replace. Not too hard to do. Good luck.
