The eaiest way would be to use a graphing calculator. If you don't have that plug in numbers for x, simple numbers like 0,1,2,3. Basicly there is no really easy way to make a table of values sorry.

x | y=2x+6 | y |(x,y)
-1| y=2(-1)+6|4 |(-1,1)
0 | y=2(0)+6 | 6 |(0,6)
1 | y=2(1)+6 | 8 |(1,8)
