This is my favorite kind of movie, actually!

HIGHLY reccomend Night of the Demons and Return of the Living Dead as the ultimate in 80s cheese!

Dead Alive is another good classic.

Sleepaway Camp is a good underrated 80s slasher.

Old Troma movies are always a blast: The Toxic Avenger (the whole series, really), Tromeo and Juliet, Surf Nazis Must Die, Class of Nuke Em High

Old Italian **** also defines cheese: Zombi, The Beyond, City of the Living Dead, House by the Cemetery (all directed by Lucio Fulci, the Godfather of Gore)

I love Transylvania 6500! I remember April Fools Day, CHUD, Prom Night, and I don't know if this was the 80's or late 70's, but it use to scare the crap out of me and now that I watch it, it's really cheesy. It's called Watcher in the Woods. It's a Disney Movie, but at the time terrifying!

Back in 1987 Peter Jackson, the famed Lord of the Rings director, did a movie entitled "Bad Taste." This is the KING of all that is gory and full of cheese from the 80's. Check out the archive on Fangoria.

Idle Hands is the 90's I think, but everything you are asking for. It even has Dr. Evil's son in it as the main character. It's worth a couple of hours of time.

April Fool's Day was pretty bad with the throbbing heart in the box.
The Evil Dead was just plain perverted
Fright Night- really bad makup and bad acting with b-level actors.
But if you want truly campy, check out the website below that has a list of bad horror movies.
