As a kid, I used to catch bugs and have them walk on me. I would also pet daddy long legs spiders. The only bug that makes me on the alert is the scorpion. There are bark scorpions where I live [probably the most poisonous scorpions], and often it's hard to distinguish them on my carpet from a wad of hair. So, I usually wear sandals around the house.
The weirdest arachnid-related thing that has happened to me is I chopped the tip of a scorpion's tail off while digging!

Anyway, Black Widows were huge where I grew up (Cali. where my G.Ma almost lost her leg to a bight) like two inches long!
I hate roaches. Even baby ones. In Cali. there were the kind that could fly. Freak! Since moving to AZ I've learned to freak about scorpions that actually lived in my house, my shower, my shoes, my cupboards...I even found a little white one floating in my big pot of water in the sink as I was filling it with water for pasta with it's stinger up. So poisonous Don't move to Tucson!
Still, my horror is roaches. I was actually wakened by a HUGE roach crawling on my arm!!!! I didn't stay the night at my bf's house ever again. He decided to move. :) Now I have crickets, and I find them to be adorable. I even get upset when my cats cripple them just to play with. Go figure?

Everybody likes ladybugs.
My least favorites, in no particular order:
Earwigs, centipedes, spiders, fleas, ticks, mosquitoes, and any other kind of bug that bites.

Only the big big ones. Big spiders scare me. Huge cockroaches scare me. And those big centipede things.

Spiders I am deathly afriad of. I cant even watch them on TV without freaking out and feeling like they are crawling all over me.

Not scared, but I do get startled when I first see one, then I take care of it, if it is in the house.

Yes. I admit I am scared of them. And I can't stand it when people actually try to catch them or shoe them out the door when they get inside. Kill them - Kill them all!
