When Lucas (Chad Michael Murray) discovers that Derek's (guest star Matt Barr, "Commander in Chief") interest in Peyton (Hilarie Burton) is more than brotherly, Derek becomes menacing.
Haley (Bethany Joy Galeotti) feels Nathan (James Lafferty) slipping away when he receives a scholarship offer to attend Duke University.
As rumors of Brooke's (Sophia Bush) pregnancy spread, Rachel (Danneel Harris) uses the Internet to set Brooke up on a blind date with an older guy (guest star Reynaldo Valentin).
At Nathan's request, Deb (Barbara Alyn Woods) tries to kick her pill addiction.
We also find out that Haley is the one who is pregnant and after Nathan freaks out he is happy.
Peyton's real brother and Lucas push crazy "Derek" out the window but he disappears before the cops get there.

PEYTON FOUND OUT THAT GUY WASN'T HER REAL BROTHER. LUKE AND HER REAL BROTHER END UP THROWING THAT DUDE OUT THE WINDOW. WHEN THE POLICE CAME THE BODY WAS GONE (OF COURSE). HER REAL BROTHER IS BLACK. BROOKE FINALLY GETS TO TELL EVERYONE THAT IT IS HALEY PREGNANT NOT HER. THAT IS THE GIST OF IT ANYWAY.
