If he tries.....it does not state that they bird actually gets in the house. It measn that you just cleaned your windows and the bird could not see it.
It probably smashed into the window

your screen is ripped on the window or the door is open .... hello? get the dumb little thing out of the house.. bad experience with that once - he wouldn't let us get him and i had birdy doo doo every where and in the middle of the night ate my plants .. the little snot!
