Without knowing who your other WRs and RBs are, I think I would play Reggie Williams becuase he is the number one receiver on his team. Leon had a good game but he hasn't proven it will keep happening. Usually, you should go with a RB over a WR, but this is a risky situation with Leon Washington. If you are a risk taker I would pick Leon Washington. So there is a non-answer for you. I think it really is a toss up.

Washington by leaps and bounds. Cleveland has one of the worst run defenses in the league giving up an average of 144 yards per game. Your only worry is Barlow who hasn't been seeing the ball as much lately. Leftwich has that bad ankle that seemed to affect him vs Hou. Imagine what Philly will do to him. Williams will be lucky to see the ball.

Williams b/c hes a proven guy and Washington hasnt proven himself quite yet so stick w/ Williams.
