im not to sure but i think because it is over 15 years you shouldnt need to. i would think if it was just a minor offence them it would have been written off 'as they say' by the police as i think they only keep them on file for a certain amount of years. but if it was a major one then it may be different. your bets bet would be to contact the police and ask them if the could help you with your situation.

No, most only ask for the last 5 years. Listen carefully when they ask on the phone. They will notrmally state the period.

if its with norwitch unuion who knows what you gotta tell them . they had a storey recentley about a medical insurance claim and because the woman in question made a calim she was knocked back for not telling them she had post natal depression years before she had cancer so you tell me is insurance really worth it ? medical or other wise . mine i gotta find the first £100 before any pay out on my home contents good old norwitch union strikes again
