I've always wondered if it was illegal, or if it was just immoral.

fantastic mate, i was scanning through yahoo answers and saw this!made me giggle,top drawer comedy. Also the amount of people who have bothered to reply is so good! i luv how they get so upest! i like comedy that annoys someone and makes them give a nasty reaction and youve done it, brilliant!

People in the country have certain inalienable rights. Even teens have these rights (actually the same as and adult) It is legal for them to consent only if they are of a certain age. Each state mandates an age in which they believe a minor child could be able to give proper consent to another. Some states it is 14 and some are 16. Which means that if a 14 year old has sex with another minor child who consents the day before their 14th birthday, charges can be brought up.

As I re-read your question I perceived that you are possibly just curious & not itchin' to go out & do it with a goat. However I'm not sure about a person who doesn't know if this is immoral or illegal.....IT'S BOTH!! Where are some of you people getting your education from?

I did enjoy your question and some of the answers (you've got to be kidding) was my favourite and I go to bed wit a smile on my face (as will the goat no doubt).
In the UK bestiality is most commonly practised in Cumbria and, again, most commonly with pigs. None of the animals give a **** by the way, it's nice to be loved.

As long as the goat is of the age of consent then who is anyone to tell you what is illegal or immoral? We're allowed to drink goats milk, why not get it fresh from the udder? Best of luck to you, man.

Its probably illegal. but it would just seem wrong. And thats weird you would ask that because people in my school was just talking about that before I went to a very boring football game when they saw a video in a teachers class. It was a donkey or a mule, but the guy wasn't trying a have a sexual relation with it, they said it look like the mule was trying to rape him or something. Well I would have more information about it but I don't have that biology teaher and I didn't see the video. But doing that is completely wrong and whoever does that is... I have no words how terrible that is.

Only if the goat doesnt belong to you, then you could get cited for trespassing too. Okay its called bestiality and its illegal in most places. By the way, sheep feels like the real thing.

Only if you get caught. But, if you wear a condom and a goat costum then you should be able to get away with it. Then again, if you wear a Bin Laden costum, people will bring you goats to mate with.
