I'm playing Simcity 4 and a window pops up and tells me I can start building a marina, only thing is that it is facing the wrong way when trying to build it along the shoreline, and it refuses to align itself with a road. is there something I can do to rotate this so it will let me build it?

Home and End keys rotate buildings before you place them,.

Marinas are placed about 4 tiles away from the shore of water. They cant be built anycloser and you can only run roads up to the waters edge.
You cant rotate buildings as far as i know

I think its home/end keys to rotate a building.
