Word is that some of those upper level folks got there by point farming so to speak: short answers that let you get more in in the time, like yes or no and hit preview and submit as fast as you can. I don't say the guy you're talking about is one of them, but there are threads about it in the forum. I guess no one will accuse me of THAT, anyway. Severe run-on of the mouth, that's me. (or fingers, here)

No I haven't noticed. We are suppose to answer the questions and not chat. Chatting can get a person in trouble. That is why many keep in short and sweet..

So what's the problem? Most of the questions I see are phrased in such a way that 'yes' or 'no' are the only answers required.

There are some issues that difficulty me approximately human beings, so this could be somewhat long. :P - people who might desire to be the focal element continuously, and consistently attempt to get interest. (via guffawing super loud, mendacity, talking approximately themselves consistently, etc.) - those with detrimental grammar, whilst talking or writing. It annoys me whilst human beings sort like " hai bbg, wuz up? nm, u? comparable, no longer doin' nuttin." - Loud, obnoxious people who might desire to furnish their opinion on each and every thing. - people who act dumb on objective. - Authority figures who act like absolutely everyone else would not have as lots perfect as they do. (unlike law enforcement officials, i'm talking approximately instructors, salespeople) - whilst human beings p.c.. on somebody that can't safeguard themself. Like mentally/bodily handicapped human beings, previous human beings, now and back instructors. wish I helped!

No it doesn't annoy me at all. I am just wasting time here. I don't think I've ever noticed anyone elses rating.
I do wish I could sell my points on Ebay, people take this stuff way too serious
