A. Come to you and say she got pregnant, lied to you and had an abortion (compounding the situation) or
B. Be so afraid at this point that she may bleed to death?
And who would be liable for the death of your daughter?
NO ONE should deny a parent their rights to parent their child, unless they themselves have been found unfit--and that includes Senator Godzillary!

Luis--little girls who are being abused by their fathers, step fathers or other family members need to be removed from the home. In these cases--the child can request help from clergy, medical professionals, teachers, police etc. A child too immature to know to seek help-is not mature enough to make a decision regarding abortion. Prop 85 also allows for a judge to over-rule the parents where abuse is suspected. Your argument has not merit.
