At 5 weeks, anything in the range 18 - 7,340 mIU/ml is considered normal. I know, that is a pretty extreme range. With levels in the 5000's, everything should be fine. Sometimes too low levels can indicate a likely miscarriage, and levels on the high side can indicate possible multiple pregnancies (like twins). At your level, I would not be concerned. You are exactly where you are supposed to be. For more information about Hcg levels, try the American Pregnancy Association website here:

RE:
Are my HCG levels normal?
My nurse informed me today that my HCG levels were in the 5000's. I am 6 weeks now and when my blood was taken I was 5 weeks. She gave me no indication if this was good or bad? So does anyone know? Is HCG levels of 5000 at 5-6 weeks a good thing or a bad thing?

Normal levels of hCG can vary tremendously. After 5-6 weeks of pregnancy, sonogram findings are much more predictive of pregnancy outcome than are HCG levels. Once the fetal heart rate is seen, most doctors will monitor the fetal heart rate rather than drawing hCG ...
Once you get so far along, your HCG actually starts to drop down and remains low until the end of pregnancy. I think your levels are just fine.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.
1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.
2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.
3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.
These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.
