Do a google search for Canadian Universities. Check their curriculum to see if it fits your needs.
Then contact them and ask what the requirements are for you as a foreign sudent. You will need a student's visa. They will also tell you how much it costs and what their prerequisites are.
To calculate the costs in Indian money use one of the currency converters free on the internet.
I don"t know what you mean by B.E. so when you do your enquiries with various uniersities you have to be specific what you would like to study.

I'm assuming B.E. as in bachelor of education?
Tuition varies by school to a certain degree. As a canadian citizen, you get 2/3 of your tuition paid by the government. this means that international students (those not holding citizenship in canada) pay 3 times more tuition. Base tuition for the university I attend is around $2500 per term in Canadian funds, before fees (usually about $250 a term), so for an international student it would be about $7500 a term. There are two full terms a year and then summer courses are optional for most programs. Sorry I do not know how to convert to indian currency.

Google Canadian Universities and find out which one is best suited for you. Canadian Citizens pay less than International Students as
Margarita M has correctly stated. If her $ amounts are correct then $7500 would be 301,696 INR.
