Own my own Cleaning company so would have to call myself.
But if I don't go to my clients, there is no one else to cover for me.

Nah, don't pull a sicky. No good not to be honest about it. You'll enjoy your vacation more, seeing and remembering what all the hard work has paid off for. It's the right thing to do!!! Have a great holiday!!! ;)

For your own good- you must work tomorrow-People are paying you as a company to provide a service- you may feel good for two weeks but when you come back you may have lost some business.. There will be a knock on affect as you will get a bad reputation and it will follow you around.

Do the right thing and the enjoy your holiday-

I would also highly recommend you send all your clients a post card- You will gain in the long run and feel good.

Since you work for yourself, I guess you have to weigh up the pros and cons. Do your customers know you're going on holiday? If they do, then pulling a sickie will be obviously false - will that irritate your customers? Will there be a lessening of goodwill? Will there be a long term effect - ie losing the work?
On balance, I'd just do the work. If you're clients know you're going on holiday then they will appreciate you doing the work. That can only be positive!

No... It's way too obvious. Your workers will not thank you, and you clients will not know unless it affects thier cleaning. Ask if you can "get away a bit handy" and let them cover you, then do them a favour when you get back if they need an hour off and they will probably cover you to go home early without getting the bum about it, everyones a winner.

Don't pull a sicky - ring up and say that you are having a mare, and would they mind if you re-arranged! You don't want to find all your clients found someone else by time you get back!!

But have a fabulous holiday!!!!

Going on the basis of keeping good karma, I personally wouldn't pull a sickie ... it looks bad on your business if you pull out at such short notice, and if your clients guess what you're up to they won't be so keen to give you the job again!

hey Hun, id say work but when you get to each house just explain that you didn't want to leave them in the lurch so you have come in but you don't really have time to do all the 'usual' jobs so what really needs to be done and they might just say can you wash up or whatever and be fine about you going home early ready for hols even if it means a Lil white lie that you are leaving earlier than you actually are is better than calling in sick and having customers leave due to the fact they knew you were lying the whole time about being ill.

Hope you have a WICKED time and don't forget to send me a Lil pressie, ill mail my address later.lol

Then it is your choice-if you don't go and you have no cover you client may well turn their back on you-I would, if this doesn't matter to you then don't go, but you could always ring them and tell them why then they would appreciate the honesty at least.
Either way enjoy your holiday.
