i would tell her if you are a real friend to her. because real friends dont keep anything from each other. who care what he said. stand up for your friend and tell her. so she can know he a two face person. in the long run it's will be better for all of you guys. and plus if she find out that you knew. she will be mad at you. so who better then to tell her. it's you because you guys are friends. good luck

Your choice. The same thing happened to me a few days ago.

One of my guy friends said something about how he was happy that my friend wasn't at school one day and that she wouldn't be able to bug him.

I told my friend, but i sort of said it in a nice way and tried to be subtle about it.

"Hmm, so I am hated..." is what she said. I told her that the guy probably didn't mean it in a mean way and she was a great friend.

Guess what? She went into a fit of laughter. I have no idea why, but she was okay with what was said about her. Ans she is what oyu would call sensitive. She cares too much about what people think about her, and she didn't mind when the guy said something sort of insulting about her.

Well, it's up to you if you want to tell her. But if you do, you should find out if he was serious. Then, if you really think that your friend shoudl know, tell her. Better that she hears it from you.

But if you do decide to tell her, try to be subtle and lighten the mood with saying something funny or nice.

So, the choice is yours.

Best of luck,
Cassia

He's a jerk. You shouldn't tell your friend because all it will do is upset her. Now, what you should do it tell the guy to knock it off or you're not going to hang around him. Also get in that what he is saying is wrong and he should shut up. I sympathize with your situation though. Hope everything works out ok. :)

I would tell him to tell her what he said, or I would. He put you in a difficult position, he behaves like her friend when he is with her, yet talks bad about her behind her back, have you asked yourself what he says about you when your not there?

you owe it to your friend to tell her the truth because i feel she will be more mad at you if she finds out what he said some other way and finds out you knew and you didn't tell her

he might not really mean it. like he might just be frustrated over the way she was with one thing. if he really cant ever stand being around her tell him not to mess her around so much. or just tell him he is being kinda unreasonable.
