Can Someone Help With Torrents?

I recently DL uTorrent and I am having the hardest time after getting used to things like EDonkey. What about individual files? How do you get the fastest DL? And how do you know it's legit? What is the best site to search?

BitComet is a good site, go to movies then kvcd, then you will need vcd gear to convert to mpeg. Then you can either watch them on your computer or use a burning software to burn to a disk. If you want to preview the dls then get vlc player, these are all free programs, and on BitComet when you click on a movie, there are sometime comments made so read them before you download.
