Blaze,
You have a lot of temp and H2O questions. Scientists have only found a few organisms that can like in temperatures above boiling and they are on the bottom of the ocean. Temps that hot break down enzymes and other proteins and kill the cell. So no, that's why 212 or above isn't good.

I don't understand the question, but there are a few seeds with very hard thick hulls that lower their germination rate/speed... I think I've heard of pouring boiling water over some types of seed to speed up the process. There are some plants that the seeds will only sprout after a fire.

Well, I'm just guessing, but probably not. Then again, it depends on the type of plant. Most cannot because boiling water would burn them or their seed, but I'm really not sure. But it sure would be a fun and interesting experiment to try. Buy a few seeds or plants and see!

Plants in the form that you are probablly thinking..NO..however certain forms of agae wich are classified as plants can not only live in boiling water but will die if removed. for example the flora surrounding hydro thermal vents along the ocean floor. look up black smokers or hydrothermal vents.

Maybe you should try getting a cat or a stone or something. I don't think gardening is your thing.
