Do u put false eyelashes on before or after eyeliner and eyeshadow. Also any tips on how to put them on, iv'e never worn them before.

When I wear them I put on some foundation on my eyelid, then draw on a FAINT black line that I can put the eyelashes over. When you get them on, you should go over that line again and heavier to cover up the adhesive the fake eyelashes use.
Before using you should see if you have to cut them in lenght to fit your eye well. You might also consider getting the individual lashes which are a bit easier to handle and can be placed on just the outer corners of your eyes for some drama.

after eyeliner, before shadow and mascara. If you haven't ever put them on before, then I would get one of the things that helps guide it. Another thing that I didn't know for a while, was that you can cut them to fit your eye size. Good LUck

if your planning on putting tons of eyeshadow on do it before
if not defintly do it after.

all I know that long term use of flash eyelashes results in your own not growing back...
