It's your security program's way of keeping you informed about what's going on. In this case, someone or something tried to get into your computer and your security system stopped it. Basically, a high-tech burglar alarm.

It means that some jerk is trying to hack into your computer system, and to cause havoc to your computer. What you need is a very good anti-virus system installed, with firewall, and all of the other necessary goodies to avoid any of this from occuring. There is a fantastic one on the market by McAfee. I think that it costs around $55, but it's going to be the best money that you will have ever spent because you will no longer have any agrivation. It's McAfee's computer protection, which they refer to as a 10 in 1. As added insurance protection for your computer from adware, I highly recommend the ad-ware 6.0 Professional version because it picks up whatever adware that there is. You would then have to follow the instructions to either quarentine or to remove it. My advice is for you to have it on after every time that you are on the internet because you never know when a bug might strike. When all of the adware gets cluttered up, if nothing is down, it will slow your computer down to a snails pace.
