i am dining in restaurant with friends when i suddenly catch site of my boyfriend and another female who are laughing at me and pointing..then female comes over and verbally humiliates me and he shakes his head at me and they both leave....

I once had a dream like that : my boyfriend said that he would catch me if I jumped from a ledge; and so I did. He moved out of the way and I fell, then I saw out of the corner of my eye that he was laughing with another girl and then they walked off hand in hand.
It then turned out that this same girl fancied him in real life and tried it on... and this happened after that dream.
Don't mean to worry you, but I would be wary if I were you. You're mind could be telling you something sub-conciously.

Well I guess the obvious answer is that perhaps 'unconsiously' you think that your boyfriend is going to leave you with another girl. Perhaps he has made a 'mockery' of you in front of your friends, to be honest I really can't say maybe 'Interpretation of dreams' by Sigmund Freud could be of some assitance, depending on what you find difficult to read.

I would propose that you you yourself have had the temptation to be unfaithfull. The very thoughts that stopped you from doing so (these could have been deeply deliberated or quickly concluded in the blink of an eye) are what are now, manifesting themselves in this dream...

You are quite insecure in your relationship and expect that your boyfriend will cheat on you. This does not have to be the truth, only your fear. Our dreams are meant for us to resolve our problems which we don't want to face in real life. Either your boyfriend is a real dog or you need to get some self confidence.

Perhaps you have a guilty concience of not spending enough time with your boyfriend, or you may be keeping him at arms length, either way your sub conscious is feeding your fear that you may lose him.
It does'nt mean that he is cheating on you, it may mean totally the reverse, that he may be in love with you and you with him, but you are scared of letting him fully into your life in case you might get hurt, perhaps you have been hurt before?
Don't let your fears hold you back, the female in your dream represents your fear, putting you down, his shaking of his head is just telling you that this fear is wrong.

dreams are the brains interpretation of what happens the day before the night of the dream. I think the girl who was laughing at you , WAS YOU, and that you are a. not wanting this man as much as you are pretending to yourself, or b. very insicure.
