You figure out which music you want then contact whomever owns the rights to that music and obtain (at a price) permission to redistribute it.
Then you need a distributor for your discs or they'll just gather dust in your garage.
Prepare to cough up some dough.

Unless you own or work for a distribution company (label), you probably won't sell enough copies to pay for your royalty fees. Not paying the royalties can get you in trouble.

Copying music and selling it is very illegal. however, things like NOW and kids Bop etc. get permission from the producer and have to sign contracts.

copy the CD on your computer, make a couple hundred copies, make a $1000 or so, and go to jail for 8 years
