has anybody heard of these "mystery worker" jobs?
where you are actually pretending to shop but really looking out for shop lifters? you get paid to do this.. has anybody heard of them and tried it? if so, what company did you go through and how does it work??

You have to apply to become a mystery shopper at the websites of these market research companies. They will then contact you if they have any assignment in your area. List of companies where you can apply free and links to relevant websites available at http://tinyurl.com/n474j

I know all about this from experience. My friend and I went to Marshall Field's last year and she was trying on stuff she was going to steal in the dressing room. There was a lady in there who was tryin on clothes as well and asked my friend for assistance in zipping her dress. When we were approaching the exit, there was the lady with a security guard. My friend was cold busted and sent to jail.
