I understand that brushing at least twice daily is the best form of oral hygiene and the best prevention agaianst plaque, gingivits, etc. But will brushing my teeth once a day keep them adequately clean?

No, because when you eat the bacteria is building up in your mouth so you need to brush your teeth at night to get rid of all those germs in your saliva

NO! and i feel bad for whoever ya wake up wit', can you say Dragonbreath from hell!..Brush your teeth at night! Huge turn off for girls is bad teeth.

I think if you brush them in the morning it would be better than just in the evening....
