Should colleges, both junior and private, rely on someone's SAT or ACT score as the main and in some cases, only, means of letting that person go to their college?

Well, I never heard of any college that does rely on the SAT or ACT as their main criterion for letting someone in. So I guess the answer would be, NO!

I have visited many colleges over the last ten years as part of my work, and every single one that I visited has said that their main thing for deciding who to admit was the high school transcript.

No! I did well on it and I still say no.
