I don't think I really enjoy many vegetables, but plants are grown for that specific purpose. Therefore, I don't have any issue with that. I'm sure I've killed grass when I walk or drive on it, and I don't think I've ever had an ethical issue with it.

I believe that there is a "circle of life" (thanks Lion King), and some things must die/live in order for other things to live. It's just the way it is.

yes as that was the reason I grew the plant was to eat it what it was that it would produced. Its like saying would you kill an animal IE: cow yes that is what it was farmed for.

Ya, just because some farmer does it for me instead of myself doesnt mean I wouldnt do it myself if I had to to enjoy it. The same for an animal.
