Hair spray and if the ink is already set use ammonia yes it stinks but evaporates fast and works well you may have to spot it 2-3 times until gone

I would try cilit bang I use it for everything its so good or try vanish for carpets I know its lino but it might help .I have lino and it is hard to get stains off in the past I have just scrubbed it every day and finally it has gone .Also jif is quite good too .

How about a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser Duo? Use both sides, the blue layer and white eraser, as you scrub you i hard on the surface. Here's a good site http://www.upkb.com/mrclean.php for the product tips and details.

try a little bit of Swarfega, it's a hand scrub and rub in small circles on the lino, you can get it in most hardware stores, it works for a lot of things, or even try the little bottles of stain devil, they dont just work on clothes.

ice and something to scrape it with (a tea spoon would do). Make the area cold (ice) then scrape it off the lino with the spoon.
