- I'm going to be a cowgirl and I have this huge oversized cowboy hat. THe quality of the extensions doesn't matter I just want something cheap that I can clip on maybe to the rest of my hair so that my pigtails will be longer....???

Bargain stores such as Dollar General, Family Dollar, The Dollar Tree, and The Silver Dollar usually have a good selection. Depending of course what is in your area.
I like getting them just for fun. :)

Many drug stores have clip on hair extensions in the section with barrettes, headbands, and hair brushes.

A beauty supply store is a great place. If you have Sally Beauty Supply in your area, that's a good bet.
