It's always irritating when some breathless sycophantic tv presenter or journalist gushes on about some celebrity or other, but it's even worse when they give them a nickname!

The latest one I've seen is 'Mads' for Madonna.

very. its as if they know them very well, when in actual fact they are just playing up to the camera and alas, it is truly a sad sight. celebrity nicknames which annoy me also include posh and becks, golden balls, mads or madge in reference to madonna. i agree that they should stop doing this and acting as if they are their best mate.
its shallow, embarrasing as well as pathetic

WHAT GETS ON MY NERVES IS WHEN THEY HAVE NAMES FOR COUPLES LIKE BENIFER AND BRANGALINA THAT IS STUPID.
