Or do you always have your windows closed?
For me, since I've heard about indoor pollution, I always leave my windows open, even when it's cold I just crack them open to let a little fresh air in. I noticed that when I have fresh air in my house, I rarely get headaches.

I open them every day...
I keep a few of them open 24/7----for the same reason (indoor pollution).
But along with that, I make a point to open either the patio door or front door every day---even during winter in Wisconsin! LOL!! It's refreshing, & good for my family's health. Especially since we have 3 cats & a dog. The man & son complain sometimes, but I tell them, "It's just cuz I love you; & that's what dressing in layers is all about!!".

During the summer, late spring and early fall I keep the windows open most of the time (especially at night). The fresh air helps keep everything from smelling stale and keeps it cool. During the winter it is just too cold to do that. But, kinda like a bear, I tend to hibernate as much as possible in the winter (hate it!)

As often as I can, unless it's too hot or too cold, though I will crack the windows open with cold temps. Air circulation is wonderful & helps keep the house fresh & respiratory problems to a minimum.

I open mine for a while everyday, even if it is just one window. We are now having to heat the house at night, and changing the air is something I have always done.

In the Summer they are open all the time, the Fall, sometimes and mid-winter hardly ever because it is cold and stormy and I would not want to waste heat from the heater going out the window.

I have security screens so mine are always open except when it rains i close the one near my computer
i love the smell of fresh air & where i live it is neally always hot

Whenever my wife cooks something permeating, like tilapia fried in garlic, deep fried food, or hamburgers. Also after we eat beanie weenies....talk about indoor pollution! Phew!
