I got pregnant with my son- 22 years ago with Clomid. I also used the basal temperature system to track my ovulation time (you can use kits for that now) and tried to abstain a few days before ovulation (tell hub no self pleasuring during that time). Also, after sex continue to lay in bed with your hips slightly raised for 30 minutes or so. It took 5 cycles to become pregnant.
As an aside, I also had bad cramps when I got my periods on the Clomid.
Good luck to you!

I have never been pregant before, but I have had two sex classes. somethings you can do is buy and ovulation monitor. Don't have sex all of time, but don't plan it. Have the guy on top facing you. The bottom part of your body should be raised upward to help the sperm get inside better. If you are under weight this can also be a sign of not getting pregnant. Do be on any drugs that could be bad for your body.

I'm TTC too and was informed to make sure man is on top , while your on 2 pillows under your bottom and afterwards stay won these pillows for 20 to 30 min .
Some people don't ovulate exactly on the right time either so one week after your period have sex every sec day not everyday so he can recharge. good luck

You are aware that to get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.

(Even though you keep track on ovulation) after the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.

After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.

Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

Me and my husband tried for 9 months. I tracked my temp, tracked my periods, all that. Finally, we stop thinking about it and said it will happen when it happens. We found out we were pregnant the next month! When people say relax, they really mean stop thinking so hard about it.

You've probably already done the traditional things, like replacing your hubby's briefs with boxers and whatnot. Have a doctor check your fertility, both of you. No point spinning your wheels if there's some kind of problem.

Are you overweight? Sometimes it helps to lose weight if you are overweight. I lost 25 lbs just before i got pregnant. It also helped that we did it EVERY day...lol..Keep trying and keep a positive attitude, no stress. If all else fails see a specialist
