Ok- nowhere in the question or the details does the asker say he was born on US soil, so some of you are just making yourselves look like idiots while "trying" to make fun of someone else. To the asker- Chicago is a city, located in the state of Illinois. Also- getting help from online people will not be easy considering all the freakin' Nigerian Letter scams we deal with. If you were born on US soil you are a US citizen under the Naturalization Laws. So what you are saying is you are full of garbage or uninformed. And being an American ExPat, I know how well people know the laws to becoming naturalized. they run at the gates while in labor to get the chance to deliver on US soil all the time at US bases overseas.
