The RNC appears to be making their ads personal. Not to mention they tend to exaggerate or even flat out lie about their opponents, such as what happened to democratic candidates Ford (Tennessee) and McCaskill (Missouri).
The DNC makes their ads about the real issues, and then they still get criticized by morons such as Limbaugh, who end up apologizing later on.
Does the RNC realize the issues are not on their side, and so that is why they can only resort to making unfair attacks on their opponents?

First, it's because that's their typical style. Sadly, some Democratic candidates stoop to their level too.
Second, because they have nothing positive to say so they have to attack others.
Interestingly, a few weeks ago Bush was the greatest President, now they're afraid to be associate with him. And "Cut and Run" has become the Republican stand (although not Bush's). Finally, they are saying it's time to reassess this debacle. Let's hope it's more than lip-service this time.

only thing the rnc knows is sling mud and lie. richard nixon taught them to be crooked and that is all they know now. remember water gate. as for slandering people you should see what they are doing to harold ford in tn. here we are with a drunk deserter from the national guard for president and the only action he ever saw was in a drunken brawl and he makes john kerry look l;ike a bum. they even lied about kerry's purple heart. you only get that for getting wounded in a battel. i gues hush has a minature beer can he wears on his coat for a medal.

Your "question" is so slanderous that it isn't worthy of an answer. However, two responders also spoke in favor of John Kerry, and this REQUIRES an answer. They both need to read the book "Unfit for Command" by John O'Neill, who took over Kerry's Swift Boat in Vietnam after Kerry begged out after only 3 months of questionable service. Nearly everyone with any knowledge of him WANTED him to leave. In fact, he was INSTRUCTED to leave for the good of the service. O'Neill shows that Kerry's three "wounds" were very minor (requiring only Band-aids and tweezers to remove small splinters). They were self-inflicted due to his own carelessness, and the subject of lies (he delayed reporting the third minor injury until he could state falsely that it was received under fire, and falsely claimed that the others were caused by enemy fire). Kerry went on to speak against the war and to meet with Communist leaders in violation of his obligation as a U.S. Navy officer.

as far as the tenn. add the truth is he is for gun control,he is pro abortion,he did go to the playboy party etc, i think it is important to know what a persons charactor is versus not knowing until he is in office!
