We have to make outfits out of art supplies for art II class. It's kind of like Project Runway. Any idea themes? I was thinking of an army type outfit but I need at least 2 or 3. Do you have any ideas? Thanx!

try making garments out of heavy brown packing paper for khaki type outfits. the envelope or billed cap comes to mind as does the army fatigues (pants and shirts). the material used for canvases is ideal as you can paint your fabric, before or after cutting your patterns. this painting of fabric will allow you more options for your themes.
you can design a casual, work, bridal and party/formal line of clothes with a re-occurring pattern or definitive design. i just threw a few ideas out there and i hope you can use some of them. good luck.

Just get a trash bag...cut it up all crazy and draw all over it with paint or something like that!!
