I love BE--and it is where most gals start. It is frustrating until you learn the how to --and everyone uses too much to start. It is much easier when you know what foundation color you are in BE- because most companies know the BE line and their shades. Get the starter kit and then you can branch out into the other lines. by knowing your BE color--most companies know what will suit you best. if you're looking for a little more coverage than BE--try Cory. I absolutely LOVE Makeup so I have a few Bare Minerals things. The Lipgloss is great, but there a couple of other lip glosses that you could get from sephora like Stella for the same price that are a bit better. The Eye shadow and foundation powder are TOTALLY worth it. Easy on the pores and everything. And I've slept it a couple of times by accident and my face wasn't totally hideous the next morning (I still washed my face after I woke though) The stuff is absolutely great!

I love it! I used Mary Kay for years and before that Este Lauder. I have roscea and the Bare Minerals covers my flaws quite well, without feeling 'heavy'. It stays on well too. Go to the store and tell them what you usually wear-how much makeup etc and then try it. I purchased the starter kit, I think. It came with the brushes, too. I have since purchased twice.
Good luck...

Yes the stuff is great. It does not feel like you have make up on at all. It does not clog pores so you have fewer breakouts if you have sensitive skin and it lasts longer then other make up becuse you dont have to use as much or reapply during the day. I love it. I have been using it for three years and what an improvement in my skin....

My mother and my sister both use bare minerals. I think that they like it a lot, but I've never tried it myself, so I can't tell you from my experience.
I noticed that it looked pretty good on them. Nice coverage, but not overly pasty (thick) looking...
Maybe you could get a sample and try it out first to see if you actually like it! That might be your best bet.

WOOOHOOOOO!!! Bare Minerals is the BEST....me and all my friends use it. It is great, feels great, makes our skin look great....it is awesome and worth the money. It doesn't feel anything like other foundations and their mineral veil helps soooooooooooo much.

I hate-hate-hate Bare Minerals! It doesn't cover @ all! I'm in my mid 20's & my mom is in her mid 40's & we both love Loreal's Bare Naturale which is only ($12) @ Walmart's/Target's/Walgreens, etc. I'll never wear anything else again!

I started using it a few years ago. Now my sisters, mother, adn many friends have begun using it as well. It doubles as an amazing sunscreen and lasts all day. I feel like its the best value out there! I love it.

My sister gave me some Bare Minerals. It's ok, but if you have dry patches, they will show up. Also, if I don't wear moisturizer, it makes my face feel dry.
