celebrities get paid for nothing and its ridiculous take Paris Hilton she gets paid to party plus they get everything handed over to them for free they don't need to pay for there clothing or jewels if it wasn't for us spending our real hard earn money on them they wouldn't be where they are today wheres our half and thanks they need to take that money and put it to real use

athletes no celebrities yes. Celebrities look pretty and pretend like they care. They give us entertainment for it but they are over paid. Athletes get injured so often they need the money to cover their medical bills.

No and people who think so are very stupid. The money they make is normally generated by T.V. revenues and other advertising. Today's athlete is a lot smarter then the cavemen of yesterday. They also have unions fully aware of what the team owners are making. If you can play and help attract crazy mutant fans, then you must be paid for it.

Yes, especially in comparison to what teachers get paid. Wouldn't it be nice id the best, most compassionate teachers with lots of patiences and dedication got paid that money? We'd have better schools and better kids and a better future.

Just because YOU wouldn't pay Michael Jordan $10 million to sell shoes for you, doesn't mean Nike is over-paying. Odds are, they are making more than that thanks to Michael than they are paying him, or they wouldn't do it.
