It MIGHT, but I would not count on it in the short term at this time.

Real estate values, especially in the largest cities, seem to have peaked and are now declining. They will recover - someday - but a correction seems to be in progress now.

Property generally appreciates unless there is a change in the economy, neighborhood, poor maintenance, etc.

I would think so as long as it is in a good area of Town.
