What is the phenomenon that is responsible for people being able to hear what I am going to say before I finsh speaking and how my words still travel even though I am done speaking???

The second part of your question is easier to answer so I'll start with that first. The sound of your voice and all sound in general travels in waves. After the voice leaves your mouth the "sound waves" continue to travel through the air. Like waves of the ocean they move back a forth, when the sound bounces off a wall the sound can still be heard. Certain surfaces like concrete is really good at bouncing the sound around.

As for people guessing what you say it's probably anticipation. It could also be called precognition.

People can predict what you might say, but that doesn't mean that you have to finish the statement the way they bladdergoogled it!

maybe they can read your lips as you form the words or they know you enough that they know what you are going to say
